In July Inovasis Ltd. started implementing  Moneta business systems in  Leasing Company JSC. Main activity is leasing of cars, vans and trucks, agricultural machinery, etc. It’s expected to be implemented a  module for generating reports to CCR of the BNB

In September 2010 we expanded the functionality of Moneta Business System with a module for  generating reports required by the Central Credit Register in accordance with  BNB the requirements.

E-Invoice

Via Moneta  Business System are  issued electronic invoices with a valid digital signature. They fully meet the requirements of the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature,  Accounting and Tax Law.
That reduces costs for labour and materials associated with printing, unlike traditional paper invoice. Postage and other costs associated with the delivery of the invoice are reduced as well. Problems associated with delays and lost documents are eliminated. Duplicates of documents such as copies of invoices are no longer required.

Moneta Implementation at Mirkat

From the beginning of 2010 Moneta Business System operates in parallel in all outlets and offices of  Mirkat -  the official importer of Suzuki in Bulgaria.
The aim of the company has been  to optimize the specific automotive marketing processes,  optimize resources, costs and improve quality of  the service. The new product covering all activities - from procurement, supply, sales, service, rent a car and  car leasing  to the financial statements and analysis preparation. Moneta  flexible structure and light and easy to use interface , allowed its  smooth use and fast operation by users.

For the sake of more successful operation of our customers, as well as planning the company activity , we developed  a web based business analysis, through which the user could observe graphic  interpretation of the  report  company results  and analysis . All reports could be exported in Excel, Word or PDF files.

Moneta eShop integration in TесDос

Since 2009,  Inovasis company has offered  Moneta eShop  integration into online catalogue for non-original parts of the German company TecDoc GmbH.
It has provided information on all cars and trucks offered on the European market. TecDoc allows the search  on originals and non original numbers or other different vehicle parameters. The user has  access to the technical information for each spare part, as  installation instruction, dimensions and photographs.
