Functionallity

Trade activities
Moneta enables flexible management of trade activities.
Once being input, the information is converted to orders or invoices and there is no need to input the same data again.
Assets/Objects and contractors are grouped so that different prices and discounts are calculated. Different terms for working with each contractor are defined as well (credit limits, blocking, payment methods and terms.
 Debt to and receipt from each contractor can be tracked at any time.
The system registers every contract through related documents: invoices (purchase, sales); letters of credit, warehouse receipt and dispatch notes.
Information about contractor’s turnover, debts, outstanding documents etc. is also included.

Warehouse activities
MONETA offers a wide range of options to facilitate warehouse activities.
The stocks are organized in hierarchical groups and classes of products.
Replaceable items are defined. There is an option to use additional units of measure.
Stock flow is measured in quantity and cost.
There is a journal for registering/ writing off stock, and a journal for real stock-in-trade  to facilitate warehouse stock taking.
Stock transfer among warehouses is another advantage of the system.
Check for dynamic tracking of availability on sites is also envisaged.

Financialandaccountingactivities
For the financial management of the business activities and for the accounting Moneta uses a set of accounting documents and journals. The process of generating payments and liaising documents is automated. Recourses (cash, bank) in different currencies are specified.
Templates for automatic accounting of frequently used financial operations are applied. The accounting records for each document are easily traceable.

Service
Moneta creates possibilities for automation of service activities by defining and saving data for all service items.
The information for each service item is as follows: car make, model, modification. There is also a function for defining and tracking symptoms, problematic areas and solutions. In addition, all repairs are registered by date, as well as the parts used, mileage and recommendations. Items to be serviced later are also registered. Users of the system can easily find information about clients at any time.
Connection with fiscal printer is also provided for users of the system.
At present the following fiscal printers are supported by Moneta: DATECS and ELTRADE.
